High-risk fishers to face fines

Note:

  • Rock fisher face to fine.
  • Life jackets save lives.
  • Vests mandatory at black spots.
  • New warning signs and education campaign for anglers.
  • Fines should be used to educate anglers.

summary:
Wearing life jackets will be compulsory for anglers on high risk location, otherwise police can fine them, because about nine anglers die each year. In addition of wearing vests ,the government will specifics black spots by new warning signs and consider an education campaign for people of non_ english speaking background. Fine will spend for educating anglers.

Reflection :

In my opinion it is a good law to make safe anglers. At first we must think about safety then haveing fun or entertainment, especially educating can really help anglers who are non_speaking english background to know and understand warning signs.
